Burj Al Arab & Madinat Jumeirah Dubai

The Burj Al Arab is the Jumeirah Group's 'Benchmark' 202 all-Suite property in the UAE and Worldwide. The shape of the structure is designed to resemble the billowing spinnaker sail of a J-class yacht, the exterior height of the building is 321 metres, and interior atrium 180 metres tall. The guest Suites feature designs that juxtapose East and West, and accommodate only 28 double-story floors from a property total of 56 floors, 3 floors are below ground level. This exceptional deluxe hotel opened in December 1999. The Madinat Jumeirah is a luxurious 5* resort designed to resemble a traditional Arabian town and souk. The resort comprises 3 boutique hotels; Jumeirah Mina A' Salam, Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Al Naseem, and a courtyard of 29 Arabian summer houses Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf. The most recent opening Jumeirah Al Naseem in December 2016, completed the Madinat Jumeirah resort complex.

The 'Compromise and Complacency' as observed to the visual Work Environments in relation to the highlighted discrepancies, omissions and clear contradictions which permeates upon the Official Website photographs of the Burj Al Arab and Madinat Jumeirah boutique hotels, Friday 29th March 2019.

**It is important to mention as a former employee with the Burj Al Arab, that the highlighted photographic discrepancies as presented, would certainly not have been acceptable and justified during the Burj Al Arab inception to the World in December 1999. Is the elevation of style over substance today, therefore 'The Prerequisite'?
