OX Cave

The first visit to the Cave Wine Bar Friday 17th November 2017,18:30 PM. The property is adjacent to the OX Restaurant which attains a 'Michelin Star' of excellence award, and is operated by the same Ownership. Cave has been open for 2 years, and the establishment has a good selection of bottled Craft Beers, tapas and cheese menu.

The 'Compromise and Complacency' as observed to the visual Work Environments and the guest service etiquette of the Personnel:

- Requesting a second bottle of the Huntsman Ale, I am 'not offered a new glass' by the bartender, but have to 'ask' for a new glass ?

- After the serving of my first tapas, a cheese platter is selected, but the new silverware setting is 'not accompanied with a new napkin', again I have to 'ask' the guest service personnel ?

- Upon ordering a third bottle of the Huntsman Ale, the waitress asked me if I would like a new glass ? Again, this should be an 'instantaneous requirement' of guest service and not a question to the guest ? Likewise, if a guest desires a second or third glass of the same wine, a new glass is always preferred for the wine on each occasion.

The Chef Proprietor Mr Stephen Toman, is informed in person at 12:10 PM on Thursday 23rd November 2017.

The Co-Owner at Cave Mr Alain Kerloc'h, was on duty during the evening of Friday 17th November 2017.

*The Owners have worked at the '3 Michelin Starred' restaurant L'Arpege in Paris.
