The Bushmills Inn

Stayed as guest on 3 previous occasions at The Bushmills Inn, a historic and unique building, with connected antiquity to the beautiful Causeway Coast region. This 4* property has a strong golf rapport with American guests. My tenure in the Gas Bar 16:40 PM to 18:00 PM, Sunday 30th July 2017.

The 'Compromise and Complacency' as observed to the visual Work Environments and the guest service etiquette of the Personnel:

- Observed that the Bar Supervisor on duty, Mr Stephen Harrison, is openly 'Chewing Gum' whilst serving Bushmills Inn hotel guests and customers within the Gas Bar, and continued to do so, undertaking his work duties in full view of the guest areas throughout the bar and restaurant environments. Additionally, his action is 'not counteracted' upon by either a Manager or work colleague on duty during this time ?

The General Manager of The Bushmills Inn Mr Alan Walls is informed in person at 14:00 PM on Monday 7th August 2017.

The Ownership of The Bushmills Inn Mr Alan Dunlop, Managing Director is informed by formal letter on Monday 7th August 2017.
