Bullitt Hotel

The new Bullitt Hotel is a themed 4* city property officially opening six months ago on Saturday 15th October 2016, and accommodates guests with 43 bedrooms in three distinctive styles. The visit is a first to the hotel's Taylor & Clay Restaurant on the afternoon of Thursday 13th April 2017, 14:20 PM to 16:00 PM. The Bullitt Hotel is Owned by the Beannchor Group, and is the sister hotel to The Merchant Belfast.

The 'Compromise and Complacency' as observed to the visual Work Environments and the guest service etiquette of the Personnel:

- 15:45 PM whilst dining at the Asador Grill open counter, observed the restaurant Supervisor Mr Paul Thompson on starting his work shift, openly 'Chewing Gum' in full view of the dining Taylor & Clay guests ? Surprisingly, he continues the practice with no ill conscious, and his action is 'not counteracted' upon by another work colleague or Manager on duty ? This follows two similar incidents as witnessed only six days prior at the Bullitt sister hotel property, during a first visit to Bert's Jazz Bar on Friday 7th April.
